Last Updated: 4 November 2025

Thank you for using our website, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use the Service, and describes your rights.

The Service is owned and operated by Kiryl Andruski, a sole proprietorship registered at ul. Długa 29, 00-238 Warsaw, Poland ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

You may browse public pages of the Service without creating an account.

2. Data Controller and Contact Information

We are the controller of your personal data (in the EEA/UK, the "controller"). If you have questions or requests about this Privacy Policy or your personal data, contact us at: support@offerwand.com.

3. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If we learn we collected such data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it. Parents/guardians may contact support@offerwand.com to request deletion.

4. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information generated by your use of the Service, and information from third parties and automated technologies.

4.1 Profile and Contact Information

Name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account or profile.

4.2 Résumé and Job Application Data

Content you upload or create (e.g., résumé/CV, work history, education, skills). Avoid submitting sensitive data unless necessary; such data is not required by the Service for core functionality.

4.3 Chat and Interaction Data

Chats and outputs from AI‑assisted features are stored with your account to provide and improve the Service. If third‑party AI is used to process inputs, data is sent only as necessary and under protective contractual terms.

4.4 Usage Data and Device Information

IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, timestamps, and similar telemetry collected via cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service.

4.5 Third‑Party Login or Account Data

If you sign in with a third party (e.g., Google or LinkedIn), we receive permitted profile details to create or log you in. We do not receive your third‑party passwords.

4.6 Email Correspondence

Messages you send to us (including email address and content) when you contact support or provide feedback.

4.7 Payment Information

If you purchase paid features, payment information (such as card details) is processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) or Merchant of Record (e.g., Paddle.com, LemonSqueezy.com). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; transactions are handled by these providers in accordance with their security certifications. See our Terms (Section 5.7) for details.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and only for compatible purposes.

5.1 Provide and Improve the Service

Create/manage accounts; enable résumé building and related features; analyze usage to fix issues and enhance functionality.

5.2 Facilitate Opportunities (with Your Consent)

Share your résumé with recruiters or employers only if you opt in or act to do so.

5.3 Communicate with You

Transactional emails (e.g., verification, password reset, important updates). Marketing emails only with consent or as permitted by law; you can opt out at any time. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our physical postal address; we honor opt‑out requests promptly in accordance with CAN‑SPAM and applicable laws.

5.4 Personalize the Experience

Remember preferences and tailor content or suggestions based on your interactions.

5.5 Security and Abuse Prevention

Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms; protect our users and the Service.

5.6 Legal Compliance

Comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and maintain required records.

5.7 Develop New Features

Use de‑identified/aggregated information to research and improve features. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means without required safeguards.

6. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

We rely on: (a) performance of a contract; (b) consent (e.g., marketing or recruiter sharing); (c) legitimate interests (product improvement, security, communications) balanced against your rights; and (d) legal obligations.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

7.1 Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. Browser settings allow control over cookies; some features may not work without them. Where required, we obtain consent.

7.2 Analytics

We use analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand aggregated usage and improve the Service. You can opt out via provider tools where available.

7.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard governing DNT, the Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings and any consent tools we provide.

8. Third‑Party Services and Disclosures

8.1 Social Login and Integrations

If you choose a social login, the provider shares limited data with us to authenticate you. We do not post to your accounts without consent.

8.2 Email and Communication Tools

8.3 Other Service Providers

We use reputable hosting, storage, security, and similar vendors subject to confidentiality and data protection commitments.

8.4 Partners

If we collaborate with partners (e.g., career services or events), we will share data only as necessary and typically with your knowledge/consent.

We may share non‑identifying statistics and insights.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. If practices change, we will provide required notices and choices.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as necessary for the purposes described, for your active account, and as required by law. On request, we delete or anonymize data subject to legal or legitimate retention obligations. Backups may persist temporarily per retention cycles.

11. Data Security

We apply technical, administrative, and physical safeguards including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and, where appropriate, at rest
  • Role‑based access controls and confidentiality obligations
  • Secure infrastructure and patching
  • Monitoring, logging, and periodic testing
