Thank you for using our website, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how refund requests are handled. The Service is owned and operated by Kiryl Andruski, a sole proprietorship registered at ul. Długa 29, 00-238 Warsaw, Poland ("we", "us", or "our").
This document focuses only on refunds. Information about payment processing, taxes, and the Merchant of Record is covered in our Terms (see Section 5, including 5.6–5.7). Where applicable, any approved refund may be executed by our payment processor or Merchant of Record in accordance with those Terms.
We aim to be fair to genuine customers while protecting the Service from misuse. If you tried the Service and did not find meaningful value from your most recent billing period, tell us — we’ll review your request in good faith and make it right where appropriate, consistent with the rules below and applicable consumer law.
You are eligible for a refund of your most recent payment if all of the following apply:
Refunds are generally not provided if any of the following apply:
This usage-based rule reflects value delivered but does not override stronger rights you may have under consumer law (see Section 5).
Refunds, when granted, apply only to your most recent payment. We do not issue refunds for earlier subscription periods, partial or pro‑rated amounts, or renewals that have already begun a new billing cycle. If you cancel, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of the already‑paid period.
Promotional codes or discounts apply only to the specified period and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Credits or coupons (if offered) have no cash value and may expire per the offer terms. Refund eligibility for discounted or promotional plans follows the same rules as standard plans.
We cannot override applicable consumer protection laws. If your local law grants you a right to withdraw from a digital subscription within a specified period (for example, 14 days in the EU/UK), you have that right in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Where such laws apply, the terms typically include:
The specific terms and conditions of any withdrawal right depend on the laws applicable to your purchase.
Email support@offerwand.com with your Order ID and the email used at checkout, and briefly describe your reason (e.g., "fewer than 3 résumés generated" or "technical issue"). We will review your request and aim to respond within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be executed by our payment processor or Merchant of Record in line with our Terms.
Processing times depend on your payment method and provider. Once a refund is issued, it typically appears within several business days; exact timing varies by bank/payment provider.
Please contact us first—most issues are resolved quickly. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, your account may be temporarily suspended while we investigate. Unwarranted or abusive disputes may be treated as a violation of our Terms, but nothing here limits your right to dispute a legitimate unauthorized charge.
If your account is suspended or terminated for a material breach of our Terms (e.g., sharing accounts, creating résumés for multiple individuals, or fraudulent use), you are not entitled to a refund for amounts already paid.
If a verified technical error or non‑delivery caused by us prevents access or use, we will provide an appropriate remedy—such as restoring access, extending your subscription, or issuing a refund—at our discretion and in accordance with law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law (for example, rights relating to defective or mis‑described digital services).
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in advance (for example, via website notice or email). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
